How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I HAVE to change my mindset and body clock... working out at night works for my schedule but is not effective for my fitness.
My alarm goes off and I barely turn over.
    I used to do 5:30 4 to 6 days a week.... BAAAAH!!!

I'm right there with ya! I struggle to wake up early and work out too. I generally workout at night, but I know that when I get back to work on Monday (I'm a teacher) I will be exhausted and won't want to. I'm going to have to just force myself to get in the habit of doing it in the mornings!

You may want to ask yourself why you think morning workouts are better for your fitness? Is it because you think your day goes better if your workout first thing? Are you skipping your nighttime workouts? The only bad workout is the workout you don't do, so if you're having trouble getting up for your morning workouts, but you are able to get them in at night consistently, let go of what you think you "should" do and instead be realistic with what you know you can do. Either way, you clearly are motivated to get your workout in and that's GREAT! Awesome job!:ok_hand::ok_hand::ok_hand:
