  • Okay, we're heading into the final challenge this week, where we're combining all of our challenges together. Tell us about some of your strategies to stay on top of your water, fitness, and nutrition. Is there anything else that you're doing right now as well to reach your best health, such as trying to get more sleep each night or cutting out sugar? Sundays I make a menu of what I am going to eat for the week and grocery shop. It helps me stay on track with my food. Water and exercise haven't been an issue this diet bet but they have been in the past
