  • How do I plan to take action to win my life?

    1. Quit making excuses!! My kids used to be the excuse why I couldn't go run. Now I'm prioritizing ME because I'm worth it. And I want them to know just how important it is to make health a priority!

    2. Quit waiting for the perfect time... I have always had a goal to run a half marathon. I'm not physically ready yet, but in 9 weeks I'm signed up for my first 1/2 marathon. Ready, Set, GOALS. Taking action TODAY to hit that big milestone!

    3. Visualize and change how I talk about myself.... I'm taking time daily to visualize exactly where I want my life to be then practicing positive self talk. The more I say 'I am a runner' the more I show up as a runner!

    Today I could have made about 15 different excuses why I couldn't run... they chip sealed the road and it was all gravelly, I had 80lbs of kids to push in the stroller, .... but I SHOWED UP for ME!!! 💗
