    How's everyone feeling heading into the weekend?

    One thing I'm super focused on building back into a habit is getting in my water! I do a great job for a week or two and then slide right back into forgetting to hydrate.

    For this weekend, let's have a little accountability challenge! I challenge you to get at least 40 oz of water in from Friday to Sunday. Comment below if you're in and tell me one tip or trick that helps you get that water down! Your girl needs some inspiration. ✨

    My tip? I make myself drink at least a glass prior to my morning coffee. This way at least I know I'm ahead of the game when I inevitably forget later on. 😉
