How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I find that on the days I exercise I am not very hungry. The day after - 'rest day' - I am starving. I figured that on the days I recover my body needs a bit more so I up my calories slightly on rest days to prevent myself from getting too hungry and craving crap. Then on the days I exercise I eat slightly less. I know this sounds weird but I have found this works for me keeping myself focused. In the past I restricted myself too much trying to eat a 'perfectly' planned menu. I lost a lot of weight gained a lot back because my relationship with food was crappy. Now I try to listen to my body instead. Hope everyone is doing well so far. Have a great weekend and stay focused

Your post has me rooting for you!! I too, am taking a more thoughtful approach as I already know all the pieces to losing weight, just need to focus on my motivations as well. Do you have a juicer? If you’re going to be drinking straight up fruits only, you can get a juicer on Amazon for cheap and make your own for not only a fraction of the cost, but think of the juices! I am fortunate enough to have a garden so I have 1 of 5 veggie boxes dedicated to greens so I can greedily drink my juice anytime I want
