How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • If you going on road trip or taking a plain- here is great classic that really packs a punch!! These guys will keep you full!

I made these high protein doughy pretzels and they were a serious hit! Each is just 140 cals and while it has 10g of protein, I plated it like an FFC because it tastes just like bread.

Preheat oven 350° and line a baking sheet with a silicone or nonstick liner.

Mix 2 cups whole wheat flour with 1 tbsp baking powder and 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt.

Takes a minute or two to mix. Divide into 8 balls and form into pretzels.

Whisk an egg to brush into pretzels or bagels and top with salt or whatever you’d like. Bake 20 minutes and enjoy!

  • My attempt- I used the GF flour I had in hand and halved the recipe so I had enough of the yogurt left for my breakfast in the morning. I ended up flipping them over and putting them back in because they were still doughy inside. The backside looked like a pretzel color and they tasted better than they looked.
