A reminder for those who may be feeling frustrated at the scale, or those who may experience it in the future. Dont give up. I have been in a plateau for 10 days. Keep on the path you are on. Fat cells are stubborn and take a lot of water to fill up before they will release. Water helps your body metabolize fat, this is why it's so important. I woke up this morning to a 4 pound weight loss and a reminder of why I gotta keep doing what I'm doing and focusing on water, water, water. You got this, don't stop!

I feel you!!!
I’ve also been in a plateau, I go up and down daily.
I didn’t get to watch Ilana’s live yesterday, but I did just finish it and I’m applying some amazing takeaways from it to get me going again!
Especially water, and veggies (loved the idea of snacking on broccoli with some great dip while cooking! I never thought about that being an added serving of veggies before either!)
Way to go on that loss!
