I have adapted Ilana’s 2b mindset over this DietBet & her Mem Day one. I am loving it — feel so in control of my food choices including treats. I can eat this way forever.

This is what’s working for me: bigger breakfast & lunch according to the plan. Light dinner usually of prot & veg or small portion of a carb if it works with our dinner. I go to bed very mildly hungry & wake up feeling light & ready to start the day

I have also worked on not eating at the first twinge of hunger — trying water, distraction & then eating at the next meal time
