  • Lion’s mane mushroom “crab cakes” as my superfood dinner!! Have you ever tried (or seen) these mushrooms?! They are fuzzy looking and really, really good for your brain - most commonly found in supplements rather than the grocery store. These ones are from the farmers market, combined w chopped red onion, parsley, an egg, tablespoon of mayo, lots of Old Bay seasoning and smoked paprika, and a dash of gluten free panko. Pan cooked with a glug of avocado oil, served over salad greens, spicy micro greens, and chopped basil. Side sauce is yogurt, dill, garlic, and a squeeze of Meyer lemon. ✨ Veggies most!!
