Question for Ilana: i do beautifully with my nutrition and hydration until afternoon/evening. Then i typically find i want FFCs and carbs and tend to go a little overboard and undo my good work of the day. Any tips, tricks, recipes, affirmations, spells would be appreciated!!

My 2cents of what works for me - bedtime tea, celestial tea one is my fav, that really works for me and many others for curbing cravings and since it helps with digestion it probably has something to do with anti snacking settle down for the evening result lol

I just don't buy the stuff that can make me struggle in the evening. It's dinner & done. Not always easy, but very satisfying.

In the evening I drink fresh ginger and mint tea. In the weekend I add a small teaspoon of honey in my evening-tea as a little treat.

Mantra: I am in control over what I eat, food is not controlling me.
