This week I gained 😞 I didn’t track and I snacked. 😞😞 I’m disappointed bc I have almost 100 lbs to lose so I really need to stay focused. For the upcoming week, I want to track daily and try to workout2-3 days. I haven’t worked out in a long time so I figure start slowly. Unfortunately and I guess fortunately this morning I had a realization that around this point I always fall apart. Now to get my head back in the game. This isn’t even about winning, it’s about being her for my kids and grandkids (hopefully a long time from now).

I don't know if this helps but my naturopathic doctor always says it's a journey not a destination. I haven't made a lot of progress with weight this year but have had a lot of other good wins. Sleep better, way healthier eating, more active etc. I told her I was still disappointed in myself though because my weight loss is sooooo slow. She said but you are still here. For a year you show up to your appointments and make healthy changes and you are still trying and as long as you do that you will get there, as long as you don't give up. I needed to hear that so bad. Hope that helps you!
