Any other moms here struggle with “dinner and done”? I swear once my kids go to bed, I just wanna unwind with a snack. And of course that’s always about an hour before I go to bed and I know it’s not good to do that. My weakness is 100 calorie bag of popcorn and a SF pudding.

My scale is creeping so slowly that I just know this late snacking has to be my biggest issue now.

I brush my teeth with my kids as the go to bed, that helps a little. Not having processed snacks in the house helps a little. But what really helped me was recognizing the habit and consistently skipping 4th meal. Unfortunately I'm a dad... sorry if my response was unsolicited.

Brushing my teeth doesn't work for me to stop cravings. Especially when I'm on my period. Since a week I drink freshly made ginger-mint tea in the evening to help with bad cravings.
