Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Our first weekly challenge is my favorite! The Weekly Workout Challenge! The rules are pretty simple. Completed 4-5 workouts this week for at easy 30-45 minutes to be eligible to win a $10 Amazon gift card! You can do anything you would like. If you are new to working out I recommend walks or even Fitness Blender free YouTube videos. When you complete a workout you can simple post a sweaty selfie, a screen shot of your fitness tracker, or comment “I did ___ today”. You can post it here, the DietBet wall, or the group Facebook page! I’ll go ahead and pick two winners on Monday 7/19. Let’s have an active first week everyone!
