For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

5 days left ! How close is everyone ?

If you’re a couple pounds off, try this:

-salt and carbs retain water
-water = weight

If you lower your salt and carb intake for a few days, the water retention weight associated with them should leave, therefor dropping a couple pounds !

I’ve done this with many clients when trying to make a specific weight class. Give it a shot and let me know if it works !

What’s everyone doin in here? Keto? Calorie counting? Weight training? Cardio?

I personally count calories, do about 45 min of weight training and then 20-30 min of fairly intense cardio 4x a week

Count calories and fat and weights twice a week, run a couple times a week and a yoga


Keto and cardio/ strength training down 11 pounds in 4 weeks and won my bet! Good luck you all. If doing low carb make sure you get your electrolytes!

It’s possible to make my goal by the end but I’ve got to add some extra cardio I think and limit carbs after lunch. Any other ideas?
