So, I was camping with my family the past few days and weighed myself upon returning. Up eight pounds!!!! Ugh. We all know that this much weight in a week is water retention because I definitely did not consume THAT many excess calories!!

I always have a problem with water retention after a fun weekend too. Good luck getting back in the swing of things and don't worry too much about the scale. It'll bounce back when you get back to your routine :)

As Alaina said above, I've noticed I can be up 3-5 lbs in one day if I don't drink enough water - nothing else being different, just water consumption! Kick your water up for the next few days and let us know if that works!
