As of now, it appears this will be my 2nd time not making goal. 😔 I am trying. Dr wants me back 11/5 to run tests on my thyroid. The lack of sleep doesn't help any.

Thank you all for your support. It's really difficult. I've cut dairy. Minimized carbs. Caffeine is consumption is somewhat better. I can't give up. Just try a different approach. Maybe up my cardio and steps a bit. We'll see. Bummed, but not giving up.
