I’m starting to see what consistency and better habits will do. I’m tired by the end of the day but it’s a good wholesome tired from a good workout and a full, but balanced day, sleep is better, and I’m satisfied by my meals and not having crazy cravings. Oh, and the scale is moving!!! And these habits haven’t been in place that long!
