How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I needed to post something, so I had a kitten drowned in my aunt's pool today. Death doesn't bug me, but it is how something dies that bugs me. That kitten died alone, scared and painfully. It didn't have a name, a home, and I don't know the gender. "U have to know how to die before u can learn how to live" to know the process to die is far different then knowing what death is. RIP little one.

It's terrifying to see something like that, isn't it? Death can be gentle and peaceful. But for this poor thing it wasn't. My dear childhood cat somehow managed to escape a manure pit and came to me for comfort. I was so glad to see her alive even though her sight and smell was not pleasing  I know your saying from Buddhism: you only live truly after answering the question of death... I believe that the life state of the bereaved shows the one of the parted. Thus you can still change the one of the kitty by your reaction... Sending you love and compassion...
