Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Tracking using LoseIt! I’m 5’6” and eating anywhere between 1300-2000 calories a day. I’ll eat towards the higher end on days I do Orangetheory and closer to the lower end on days that I don’t.
