  • What small changes (or big!) have you implemented to change your eating habits so far? Do you have any additional goals for the next several days?

    I have largely avoided splurging and mindless snacking, but I’m still adjusting my protein/carb/fat intake. I’m strength training a lot so need to settle on a good mix.

I’ve been making sure to drink half my body weight in water and NOT eat past 8PM. Seeing a world of change

I’ve starting eating my meals in a 6 hour frame and I don’t eat after 7 p.m. Doing this gives my body 18 hours to digest my food and cleanse out my body. This is an easy form of fasting for me and has helped me keep off the weight and slowly lose more. I also don’t buy “trigger foods” and ask my family for support in my weight loss journey.
