How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

For those of you following 2bmindset, have you sometimes followed the “vegan” plate it rules for some of the meals even if you’re not vegan all of the time?

For example: I have this Mediterranean pasta salad that I make that is awesome: it’s about 2 cups of chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and about 1/2 cup of chickpea pasta. I top with balsamic vinegar and tahini. Its vegan and I eating for dinner sometimes bc the pasta counts as a protein on the vegan plan.

But I had an egg sandwich for breakfast and a shake for lunch with veggies and fruit

I havent done it myself, but I am vegetarian! And the plan has worked for me! But as Ilana would say, track and see if it works for you!

I have - I'm not a big meat or dairy person.
