How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Good morning and Happy Tuesday! I’m trying so hard to build discipline and form new habits…so I got up and started weighing in and getting ready to workout. Anyone else struggle with feeling like their weigh in pic had to be “picture perfect” I struggled with the background being messy and then I honestly felt so yucky about how I looked today.
