  • Dinner was delightful 😋
    I have never loved Caulirice but cauliflower risotto is a game changer for me this is my 4th time in 2 weeks. It is fast and delicious.
    Goal is at least 5/7 days of dinner at home
    Currently 2/7

    Prepped roasted carrots to go with burgers tomorrow night☺

I live the cauliflower risotto. I don't mushrooms so I will be experimenting with other veggies.

Super easy
Frozen cauliflower in a bowl microwave for 3 min
Add 2 wedges laughing cow cheese and other veggies (I have tried mushrooms and tomatoes so far and they have worked)
Microwave for another 1-2 min
Season and enjoy
