  • Breakfast today is scrambled egg whites with 1 cup sautéed green peppers, tomatoes, and red onion. I added apple slices for the FFC. I help take care of my elderly great aunt and today I'm taking her to the doctor and grocery shopping I needed something that will keep me full for hours and I know this will. I have my purse veggies ready just in case I'm with her longer than expected. I'm learning to be more prepared.
