How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

This week I am going to get in the habit of plating my food instead of nibbling while cooking. I find the hardest moment for me is not to eat little or big bites after a meal when I’m putting food away. I’ve asked my husband to put food away for me since it’s a trigger but it doesn’t get done consistently. I’m going to have to say “lunch and done” to add to my “dinner and done” mantra I don’t want to add stress by expecting my husbands behavior to change my behavior! Trying to be accountable.
