Did my weigh in this morning
Up .4lbs a bit discouraging that's for sure
This whole week has been a rollercoaster mostly because I've been under the weather
Haven't had the energy to workout, although I really want to and wake up early but have the time I can't breathe through my nose

Anyone else feel guilty not working out?

I feel like I just got back into a groove last week of working out, and than I get sick and can't be bothered to workout because I just don't have the energy

I'm trying to stay on my nutrition and water intake but that's challenging when I have no appetite lol
Oh the struggle.
