How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I’m gonna miss it by 2 lbs! trying to be the cool mom for my daughters 11th birthday, the water slide launched me! Boot and all, I still made progress, even tho I couldn’t work out for the last week. Contemplated anything to loose the last two - but I wanna do this the right way… Congrats to all that made it… I’ll be back again!

Ouch! You can still lose weight though. I haven’t been able to exercise for most of the last 3 years or so. Keep at it, just focus on your diet!
