How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Inflammation carries pounds. Funny experience. I like to take rest time in a hammock. Long story short, during sleep, fell to the ground, mainly whiplash and rib injury. The inflammation has been too real. Watching the scales, I was amazed at how the degree of inflammation shows up on the scales too.
Doing what we can to reduce inflammation makes us feel better and helps with water weight too.
    Any thoughts?
Oh, the wider hammock bands are safer than aged and weathered paracord. Lower to the ground is good too. 😊Haha
