    Who's excited? Who's terrified? Who's terrifexcited? (meee!)

    This will be my third game as a host, but I can't count how many games I've played. While I don't win them all, I can say I learn something new each time.

    My goals for this game are to stay consistent with my healthy habits - 64 oz of water, 4 days of exercise, and a healthy eating balance (80/20).

    You've probably heard it before, but setting SMART goals early can prove really helpful when trying to specify what you're shooting for. This method helps you get REALLY specific on what it is you want to do.

    SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Based. The good news is, the time based is already covered for you throughout this game! October 11th, we're lookin' at you. 👀

My goal is intermittent fasting for 17-28 hours and 13,000 steps per day plus restricted carbs. I have a dress to fit into mid October so I have to be very serious this round and lose more than 4%!
