How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m so disappointed in myself. I didn’t reach my goal weight for this round. I was supposed to get to 69.5 kg and when I weighed myself for weigh in today I was at 69.9. It’s so frustrating because when I woke up yesterday I was at 69.7 and I had been at 69.5 last week but it keeps fluctuating. As soon as I woke up this morning I weighed myself and it said 69.5 and I was so excited so I went to get my phone and take the picture for weigh in and it said 69.7. It changed that much in 1 minute. Now I need to get down to 67 kg and I don’t know how I’m gonna do it when I can’t even get it to stay at 69.5. Any advice is much appreciated.

One thing I do if I am that close is go and exercise which can often sweat away some weight. Then come back and before drinking water weigh in.

Lots of frustrating fluctuations on my scale as well. I remind myself (over and over) that it’s just a number, the weight will drop with good choices. If I screw up, I forgive myself and move on. Walking, dancing, just moving help my frame of mind, especially getting fresh air. You’re not alone!
