How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

really focusing on not letting a setback (eating left over steak quesadilla for breakfast) derail me for the rest of my day. I can feel good about getting to eat my favorite food by getting right back on track with water, activity, and planned meals the rest of the day. in the past I would have made the excuse that this day is ruined. binged the rest of the day on all the things “I can’t have” and promise myself I’d start fresh tomorrow. tomorrow then turns into “after the weekend.” which then turns into 3 weeks later. remembering to be kind and patient with myself :)

When I feel guilty about eating something I do extra exercise, like I will jog or March in place while watching a show

I tend to do the same thing. I feel so much better if I reign it in right away and stay on track. I hate how I feel when I over eat crap, physically and emotionally.
