Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

It has been a rough challenge, I will not be meeting my goal and have noone but myself to blame. Was not accountable and in a total funk 😓

Try the hard boiled egg challenge. You can drop 20 lbs on 2 weeks. It works. You are only supposed to do it for no longer than 2 weeks. By than you can t stand another egg for a while!
