  • Our game is starting out awesome! We have an amazing group here! I love the communication and support. Great job guys; it makes such a difference! :)

    We all know water is great for us and helps our bodies in many ways. Do you already have a habit of drinking plenty of water every day, or is it a struggle for you to get it in? Just like anything else, the more you do something, the easier it becomes to then incorporate it into your everyday life. This process is about building good habits, that not only last us through the game but through the rest of our lives. How did everyone's first day go? What's your plan for day 2?

Keeping it ice cold helps me! I love super cold water with lots of ice and constantly refill my bottle with more water and ice throughout the day!
