How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Messed up today. It was Triple Star Day at Starbucks, so obviously I bought two breakfast sandwiches and a venti latte. Then at work I had a crum cake cupcake from a delicious bakery.

At lunch they gave me too many chips with my sandwich, which I ate.

I told my wife I wasn’t eating dinner. Little did I know she was making two of my favorites. I had small-ish portions.

Been super good so far so hopefully it doesn’t dent too much. Good thing this is a 6 month process…

One day won't kill you. It's consistently eating that way that will. Get back on track and be consistent again.

I like to have a ‘whatever I want within reason’ day every so often to help me satisfy my cravings and it only gets in the way when 1 day turns into 2 or more days! So you’ll be fine
