Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This challenge I am not gonna loose , no matter what, I am not gonna loose..
Remember the willsmith line "I am not afraid to die on a treadmill" ..
Keep the same attitude , No matter what we shouldn't loose this challenge...
If required will starve for days , or not booze for 6 months straight , or not touch junk at all , or put huge steps every day , I have seen some using intermittent fasting...
What ever u feel like...
BUT YOU ARE NOT LOOSING THIS CHALLENGE . PERIOD
Go for all in...
If u don't eat for 2 days also , u wouldn't die...
I am not suggesting u this..
But guys don't take this challenge casually...
We have ignored our weight for enough period...
But its time..
For some self worth , for some confidence ,
We have to achieve this target before us..
