How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Starting this bet off on the right foot! The last bet I was in, I failed miserably. This one I know I can do! Today I biked to the gym, worked out, then biked home. I also made my lunch for work so I don't have to rely on gross vending machine food. How is everyone else starting this bet off!?

That’s great!

So far so good! I run 3x a week plus yoga/stretching regularly. I need to get back into functional strength. I’ll also be doing a LOT of yard work and outdoor projects during this bet so that will help. I drink 80-130oz of water daily (a big range, I know - eek) and am working on my nightly snacking which is what gets me in the most trouble for pushing my calories over. I’ve improved my gut health significantly over the past couple months and feel great most days. I’m this bet with a db gf and I know we’ll both crush it. Good luck everyone! :star2:
