Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi everyone!! I normally never post anything, ever on social media lol but I wanted to change for this one. I’ve done DietBet and WayBetter for a few months and love it. Just not willing to do a game requiring 4% in 4 weeks. Came super close to losing my last game. This time I wanted something tangible that requires discipline over the holidays. I’m not awful during the holidays regarding food, but I like the 6% challenge cause it allows me to enjoy my favorite holiday foods but not be an idiot about it lol - like one night of stealing my daughters Halloween candy instead of every night

I’m with you. I like the 3 month 6% game. Also I’m a long time DietBetter and it really does give me a structure and plan to put the breaks on eating for entertainment or stress! We got this.

  • It has been an exercise in self control this week as I have allowed myself Halloween fun size bars - but just one per day. Just recently moved the candy to a smaller bowl. My NSV on this is that my husband and sons have eaten more of it than me for a change… it may or may not be there later today when I get the hankering… And the scale is still going down. 😊
