For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. I have to thank Breanne and Joel for making this challenge so easy. I've had trouble losing weight forever it seems. (It had been worse since my sister passed away 3 years ago, but extremely challenging this year after losing my dad, my grandfather, a friend my age and my grandmother within 4 months. Not to mention my son having an extremely rare diagnosis that needed a 7+ hour surgery in Boston in March with biweekly follow up appointments.) I have a sweet tooth and never felt I could stick to any diet due to deprivation. Most recipes I've tried with protein powder have been awful. I have been making Breanne's recipes and what a difference!! I do not feel deprived and enjoy sweets that are healthier. I am down 7 pounds since last Monday! Working out has never been an issue because I love it and it's what keeps me sane but Joel's workouts are amazing and fun. They truly are my favorites! I'm so happy that I've found something that works and makes me feel like I could actually succeed in losing the weight. So thank you Joel and Breanne from the bottom of my heart ❤
