Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Oh man, I fell off the wagon hard. I lost a bit of motivation and then broke my finger. It's not even that sore but it doesn't take a lot to trigger my pattern of "looking after myself" by sitting in front of the TV eating junk food for days. I was doing so well. I hate how quickly things unravel for me. Anyone else get that?

Don't beat yourself up about it. It's really ok.
Focus on making better choices and that can start any minute.

Aw thanks guys. I definitely don't think I'm going to make this bet. I go away on holiday on Tuesday and I was hoping to be comfortably under my goal weight before I left but I'm nowhere near it.
