  • Anyone else plan out their week on Sundays? I hate scrambling to figure out what to do. Planning ahead in food and fitness helps me!

Food yes. Workouts depend on work. If I only work a 12 hour shift I get up at 0600 and get home at 2200. I'm too tired to workout. If I work a long shift 36-56 hours, well... it's pretty much just as much walking as I can do. On my days off it's pretty much the same every day 1 hour on the treadmill, and then a variety of strength training.
