How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Do you ever get in a food rut? By food rut, I mean you tend to eat the same foods or make the same recipes week after week. That then leads to boredom. And when you get bored with your food, you may end up grabbing foods that are more convenient.

This happens to me. Even though I plan out my meals for the week, I still find myself putting the same recipes into the rotation. And when this happens, I try to make it a point to force myself to add in a new recipe each week to spice things up a bit.

I thought I would share some recent new recipes to me, or ones that I hadn't made in awhile.

Chicken Cutlet Caprese Salad

Greek Yogurt Caesar Salad Dressing

Margherita Pizza

I made the Caprese salad linked above last week. It was so easy to make, and it was so colorful! I'll post a picture in the comments.

On the salad dressing above, I LOVE this salad dressing. We use this not only in salads, but also in wraps that my daughter takes in her school lunch.

And finally, on the margherita pizza, this uses the two ingredient dough mix that I'm sure many of you have at least heard of, if not tried. I'll link a picture to a "regular" pizza I have made with this dough. This easy pizza though is great to serve along with a salad.

Please share a favorite recipe of yours to give us all some fresh ideas!

I made pizza tonight with your recipe! So quick and easy. Kids were fans, too. Thanks for the idea!
