For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Hi friends! Congrats on making it to the end of the week 😊! I have a cardio challenge for you 🔥! Please complete at least 30-45 minutes of one cardio session this weekend (Saturday or Sunday) to be eligible to win a $15 Amazon gift card! You can do anything you would like to do: running, walking, swimming, biking…. etc). I personally plan to ride my bike on Saturday and walk on Sunday . Once you finish your cardio for the weekend please go ahead and comment below either a sweaty selfie, a screen shot of your fitness tracker, or comment a simple “I did ____ for my cardio”.
