  • I love seeing all the delicious meals you guys are making. There are so many awesome ideas here on how to make your food more nutritious, so many healthy choices!
    What are some healthy substitutes you add to your meals? Do you use zucchini noodles instead of regular pasta, or ground up cauliflower for your pizza crust instead of regular dough?

I add spinach or kale to just about everything

I like to shred cabbage and heat it up instead of pasta. It definitely needs so marina to make it tasty though!
