How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have a question, I am just finally getting over stupid Covid. I've had a fever and been 100% absolutely hurting & miserable the last 8 days. I haven't had an appetite, I tried to eat but I only ever had a few nibbles here and there if that. Everything including water tasted so gross, but I made myself take sips throughout the day anyway. My question is, I obviously lost weight during this time. About 11 lbs. I'm wondering what to do to keep that weight from crashing back once I feel up to eating more. I suppose just eat lean? I don't see much exercise in the near future being just walking has me out of breath in minutes, and I was told that will likely continue for up to 2 weeks after my fever is completely gone 😖 I know I'll obviously gain some back, if not most of it since I know I'm dehydrated, I just want to try to keep it somewhat under control. I'm sure my metabolism has slowed down to a snails pace at this point 😣

Jenn & Kandice thank you! Hopefully I can keep up the self discipline! It gets hard cooking for a family of 6, but I've been learning :grimacing:
