How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Workout hair, don't care. I have been STUCK in this cycle of losing and gaining the same 5-10 lbs for like 3 months. I THINK I may have finally gotten to a better place with my thyroid meds so that SHOULD help but we'll see.
Meanwhile, this is me recommitting to me and using 2B to help me take care of myself. I'm excited to be here with all of you!
