Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Theme of the week: tracking!!

    Writing down what you eat throughout the day has been proven over and over to improve weight loss results. Not only does it make you more mindful of what you put in your mouth, but it helps you identify your strong and weak points. It helps you highlight areas you may be succeeding like breakfast and where you may need more help, like finding an afternoon snack solution to prevent overeating at dinner.

    How do you like to track? The 2B mindset tracker? The app? Another app or notebook? What’s your best tip for staying consistent?

    My best tip: set a daily reminder in your phone! I have one set up for 2:30pm and 9:30pm when I usually need it.

    Remember: bite it, write it. Drink it, ink it. ;!
