For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I posted this on the other thread.

How do you handle traveling to see family ? I’m starting to think ahead so I can mentally prepare for what I want out of my trip next month. Any tips/ideas for the day of travel with kiddos in the airport and not just eating completely off plan? How about also when you are staying in someone else’s space for a week? Do you weigh yourself on vacation too? I know plan, plan, plan and probably buy lots of snackable veggies but I wanted your take on holiday travel w/ kids and staying true to your goals.

Courtney R: the tracker and the scale. Use them to prove to yourself eating is ok. Just remember that if you have not been eating, the day after you start the scale will go up just because of food now being in your gut, and salt holding water in your body. If you continue to eat, you will start to discover that a greater volume of veggies making a total greater volume of food can lead to a bigger loss than a smaller volume that barely has any veggies.
