I am defeated. . . I have been doing 2b for awhile now. I can't seem to budge anywhere on the scale. I've lost two pounds off and on for months..... I don't track 100% everyday. But I know I am drinking 100 ounces of water most days. Following the nutrition 80% of the time most of the time but I also believe that I can have drinks and treats. I workout consistently everyday during the week.. Idk what I'm looking for other than venting. But I don't wanna give up and thats where I'm headed.

Could it be that there are some foods you are eating that are too high in calories?

It is easy to drink too much calories, maybe swap those with other delicious drink treats?

It is amazing how much restaurants can stuff in tiniest of meals. I drop weight fast when I make my treats at home.
