Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I added spinach to my shakes daily, and also to my eggs or wraps for lunch. Then tried to incorporate a healthy veggie for dinner (peppers, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, etc.). Overall did pretty well!

Made it through this week challenge , forgotten to check in and I’m actually still sticking to the veggies all this last week and seeing amazing results it sure has been hard seeing all food around my family members and me having to step back from all the carbs but so proud of my self that have been able to accomplish not to eat any carbs at all hurrayyy !!! Hope is not to late for the check in :/
