  • Just show up! Everyday does not have to be a killer workout. Your eating does not need to be on point everyday. Every step in the right direction no matter how small, is still in the right direction.

So true! Yesterday, I caved a bit on the eating front. I was disappointed, but it’s also not the worst day I’ve ever had :wink: Today, I’m making up for it with a live rowing session where I’ll be achieving my 500,000 meter milestone!:grin:
